TextBack App — Automated Missed Call SMS Service

Program description

TextBack App automatically sends SMS messages to callers who miss a connection with a trade business. When a call goes unanswered and forwards to our system, the caller receives an automated SMS reply on behalf of the business owner. The business owner is notified and can reply or call back via the TextBack App.

Agreement

By signing up for TextBack App you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

The Service is available to businesses operating in the United States. You must be 18 or older and have authority to bind your business to these terms.

The service

TextBack App provides:

• Automated SMS responses to missed callers on behalf of your business
• A mobile and web inbox to manage missed call conversations
• Monthly reporting on missed calls handled and estimated revenue protected
• A referral programme for account credits

SMS messaging terms

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on the number of missed calls your business receives. Typically 1–3 messages per missed call event.

Message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from SMS messages from a specific business using TextBack App.

For help: Reply HELP to any message or contact support@textbackapp.com.

Opt-out requests are processed immediately. You will receive one confirmation message following your STOP request and no further messages after that.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe
• The Starter plan is $49/month. The Pro plan is $99/month.
• First month promotional pricing may apply as advertised on our website
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard
• Refunds are available within 30 days of initial signup if requested via the dashboard

Prohibited use

You may not use TextBack App to:

• Send unsolicited messages to people who have not called your business number
• Harass, threaten, or deceive recipients
• Violate any applicable laws or carrier guidelines
• Impersonate another person or business

Limitation of liability

TextBack App is provided as-is. We are not liable for missed messages, carrier filtering, or any indirect damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify customers via email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
